Flip Friday

The MiniCat is glad it's Friday!
YAY, FRIDAY!

Zoe and I are glad you're here, too, Friday. It means it's time for a Rabbit Movie, and it also means it's time for the weekend.

We have had yet a third entry to the Eat Like a Rabbit contest!! That entry will be the subject of Monday's post. When I emailed Official Judge and Contest Idea Creator, Emma to tell her there was another entry, she emailed back to say, "This contest is ON FIRE!!!"

So true. Miss Zoe likes that you are on fire to eat like a Rabbit. She especially likes, even if you don't submit a video or picture to the contest, that you enjoy watching Her eat like a Rabbit.

You do, don't you?

Yes, of course you do.

You have one more week to submit your entries. At first, we set the judging on Zoe's Birthday, March 5th, but now we are thinking that perhaps giving everyone a wee bit more time would behoove us.

(Not that Zoe has hooves, mind you. But She likes to be behooved. Who doesn't?)

And so, please feel free to submit up to and including next Friday, March 5th, Miss Zoe's Birthday (She wants to make sure you saw the part about Her Birthday).

Now on to the Rabbit Movie.

I fear that this movie is like an old 80s action movie we watched at some point in the not too distant past in which, when a certain scene was over, the Chick turned to me and said, "Well, THAT scene should have been cut!" It was some long, drawn out underwater something. A chase maybe? I don't know. I tuned out. The point was, it didn't move the plot along, but in the 80s, when it was filmed it was probably cutting edge filming. In the 2000's, it was just too long and kind of stupid.

Now, I'm not saying by ANY MEANS that today's Rabbit Movie is stupid!!! Good grief. Perish the thought.

All, I'm saying is that I'm not sure there's a lot of plot. But Miss Zoe wanted to try some new things, and there was a song She wanted to use, and well, you can see where this is going. Years later, when we rewatch it, Miss Zoe will look at me and yell, "Well THAT scene should have been cut!!"

You see what you think. Perhaps Her Great Beauty will enthrall you to the point at which the plot is moot? Perhaps.

Friday of the Flip Variety

In case you forgot about Zoe's Halloween costume.

So, it's Halloween weekend.

Time for the Great Pumpkin to rise out of the Pumpkin Patch and bring candy to all the good little girls and boys. (Do you think that counts Rabbits?)

Also, it's time to actually, finally buy the candy to hand out. We always have to wait until the last minute otherwise we somehow end up buying it twice. ( I don't know how that happens!)

Later today, Zoe and Lilly and I will carve the pumpkins. That's my favorite part, and we'll take lots of pictures to share next week.

Let's see, what else about today? Am I forgetting something?

OH, WAIT!!!

RABBIT VIDEOS!!!!!

OK, they have nothing to do with Halloween, but it's still Flip Friday-- so here you are. Start the weekend off right, will you?

Zoe and the Rose Hips from marcy hall on Vimeo.

Tiny Zoe Rolls from marcy hall on Vimeo.

And don't forget to have a really fun weekend!!

You won't probably look as good as Zoe does in her costume, but don't take that too hard.

Enjoy yourself anyway!!

Flip Friday

Oh, I know.

This is why you come here.

To see the Rabbit Movies.

I get it. Really-- I understand. I like to watch them, too.

Miss Zoe lives here. I watch her all the time in person. And yet, I still like (or, maybe love is a better word) to watch Her Rabbit Movies.

She's simply Magical.

Sigh.

Go ahead. Sigh with me.

Are you ready, then?

Here you go. Here is your Rabbit Infusion:

Zoe: The Movie from marcy hall on Vimeo.

Was that good? Are you set until next week?

Remember, you can watch it as many times as you need to. Miss Zoe is always here for you.

That's just the kind of Thoughtful, Big-Hearted Rabbit she is.

I'm Mooollttiinngg...!!!

It seems like everyone around here is molting.

Inside the Lilypad, Miss Zoe is molting:

Loose hair galore!

See the Molt Ridge across her nose?

Outside the Lilypad, while trimming the hedge, we found this little fellow who had molted.

Believe it or not, there's no body in there!

See the split at the top where the little dude crawled out?
Crazy!

And just blocks away, friendBob has a tarantula named Peter Parker who just molted. I don't have a picture of that, but hearing about it was pretty funny. He said it left such a perfect shell of itself that when he looked into the tank, he didn't even know which was the old skin and which one was the real tarantula!

That's kind of how it was with the cicada pictured above. He left his whole little suit behind.

Not so, however, with Miss Zoe. (Though, wouldn't you like to have an unused Rabbit Suit to pet? Can you imagine it just zipping off like a 1970's one-piece Leisuresuit?)

And, also, not so with my Etsy store.

Did you just get conversational whiplash?!? (I know-- you were still back on the Leisuresuit image. Me, too!)

I got conversational whiplash, and I even wrote it!

So what does my Etsy store, Ordinary Enchantment, have to do with molting?

Easy. It's molting, too. See the relation?

We're having a sale to shed off the old and bring in the new!! I have tons of new ideas for new WeeArt paintings, so Blisschick announced to me over the weekend, "Let's have a sale!"

Miss Zoe and Miss Lilly shouted together in their best announcer voices: "EVERYTHING MUST GO!!!!!"

Since Blisschick beat me to the punch by announcing this little sale on Monday, a few things have sold already. But not to worry!! There's still a few things left.

As for what's coming next, Zoe and I have plans to start this weekend.

I assure you. It will be hair raising. Or should I say hare raising?

Hair. Hare. Whatever.

Flip Friday

Can it possibly be Friday again? Already??

Miss Zoe said that besides it being Friday, she is also hot.

(I'm not sure what those two things have to do with one another. Do you?)

That is actually a bit of drama on her part. She WAS hot. Now, she's the coolest Animal in the house.

While the cats and the Blisschick spent their day dripping off the furniture, barely able to stay in solid form due to the humidity, Miss Zoe kicked back comfy in her air conditioned Rabbit Room.

Rabbits, you know. They like Comfort. They like things to be...well...a Certain Way.

And They are Rabbits. So they get things how They want them.

I always think that the cats will run right up to the Rabbit Room once the window AC unit is turned on.

But, no. Apparently, they prefer the molten lava approach.

"OK. Fine. Those cats can melt all over the couch for all I care," Miss Zoe says as she meticulously trims her toenails. "I just don't want to hear any meow, meow, meowing about the heat is all."

(Don't let Miss Zoe fool you. She loves her cats! She's just mad that they think it's too hot to come upstairs for a visit.)

I know-- you FEEL Miss Zoe's pain, don't you? You FEEL her dinstinct lack of cats?

So, here's a couple videos to help ease your pain a little.

In the first movie, we see Miss Zoe, telling anyone who cares to watch, that, as you can see, her dish is EMPTY!!!

In this second movie, a sequel if you will, you see Miss Zoe feeling pleased that her dish has, indeed, been filled.

And, it is Good.

She's hoping this helped you to feel better.

If she's helped even one of you, it was well worth her time.

Don't you think?

Flip Friday

It's the weekend!

In particular, it's a Holiday Weekend!

And what does that mean???

MORE BUNNY TIME!!!!

Well, also, lots of work in the yard, some fun errand running with Blisschick, maybe a picnic here and there.

And, we're going to see Star Trek tonight with some friends.

Star Trek has gotten good reviews, but nothing like what these are going to get, I assure you!

Sundance Film Festival, meet Miss Zoe!

HAPPY HOLIDAY!!

It's in the Mail

Blogging has been an interesting adventure for me.

I remember years ago when the Blisschick started seriously reading blogs. She had lots of favorites and would spend time everyday reading them. Frankly, it made me a little jealous.

Slowly but surely, new people became part of our lives. People with names like Birdchick and Mr. Neil and Kelli Bickman and many others who were soon to come. But this is where it started.

I admit it, though-- I wasn't truly a blog convert until Christine started Blisschick. When she started writing everyday and got responses that sparked conversations with people around the world about the things she is passionate about and the things that she loves, I thought to myself, "This blogging thing? Pretty Cool."

And then Miss Zoe whispered to me one day.

She spoke of spreading the news of the goodness of rabbits. She spoke of the possibility of her getting gifts in the mail from those who would eventually come to consider themselves to be adoring fans of her sweet, fuzzy brown nose, her spotted belly, her velvety soft ears.

Miss Zoe had a vision. And, it was up to me to fulfill it.

"You can write about yourself, too," she said with generosity seeping out her pores. "Art, blah, blah, blah."

And so it began.

"You adore me. You know you do."

Since then, Miss Zoe's vision has begun to come true.

People love her YouTube videos.

People love her pictures.

People love her wise insights and her sage advice.

And then the other day, what did Mailman Rick bring?

See for yourself.

It's in the Mail: An Essay in Photos

A package for a Rabbit...

The Contents!!

First, the Chewie...

Still enthralled with the Chewie.
She loves to throw these across the room.

Exploring the Nutty Ball.

And, a little sparkley something for humans!

I end this post by telling you what blogging can do for you and your Animal Companions.

For you, blogging can open up a world of fascinating people, new friendships, and great conversation.

For your cat, rabbit, or dog, well... it can get them stuff!

All our thanks to our benefactor, Kavindra for the lovely and thoughtful gifts. Miss Zoe sends to you a special gooey kiss and a wee little nuzzle!!

OK, now she's done with you.

Flip Friday

It's been quite a week here in the Rabbit Room.

The windows have been open.

Contest Winners have been chosen.

Not one, but TWO willow balls have been eaten. Completely. No pieces left for Miss Lilly to play with, even. (And, she is disappointed by that, I am sure.)

And, of course... it's Friday.

"Isn't it time to celebrate with a Rabbit Video?" Zoe says as she hops to the hay box. "Oh, and I guess you could show one of the cat, too." (Munch, munch, munch) "If you have to," she adds.

And so, here you go.

First, a Cat Movie:

And now, starring Miss Zoe:

ENJOY!! And, happy Friday.

Flip Friday!

Yes, it's that time again!!

FLIP FRIDAY!!

Zoe would like to thank all of you who have participated in her (and MY!!)

She has been especially fond of all the nice comments she has received about... well... herself.

Seriously, you have been too kind!!

"No, they haven't!" Miss Zoe just threw over her shoulder on her way to the hay box. "I think they've been just right."

OK, well, be that as it may, Miss Zoe and I are offering up a couple of great movies this week to thank you. These movies capture Zoe in some of her more private moments.

She thinks you deserve that much.

But before we get to today's features, she wants to remind you that there is still time to submit your own Animal Companion Story for the Wee!Art Pet Portrait Giveaway!!

Zoe won't draw the 2 lucky winners' names until
Sunday, May 10th at 5 PM!!

There is still so much time to submit your entry!!

OK, so without any more fanfare, here they are. The Flip Friday Features:

Wee!Art Original Pet Portrait Giveaway

Mammals are pretty darn Important here at the Lilypad.

We currently have four cats in regular Fur Suits and two cats in Sparkle Suits who have moved on from their Fur Suit-life to a Leisurely and Beautiful Life at a place we like to call Sparkle Pond.

Did I forget to mention that we also have a bunny?

Anyhow, one of our Sparkle Cats, Jobie, who left his Fur Suit in January of 2008, left behind
May 1st as the Official Sparkle Jobie Feast Day. May 1 had formerly been his birthday. We keep the day as a Celebration Day in his honor.

He demands it.
A Wee!Art Sparkle Jobie!

So, on Friday, as Blisschick and I were sitting in the rabbit room with Miss Lilly (who is certainly the reincarnation of Jobie without a doubt), Miss Zoe, who was of course also in the room, but who was sitting in her hay box munching, said between bites of chamomile flowers and rose hips, "What are we doing on the Blog to celebrate Jobie's Feast Day?"

Blisschick and I exchanged surprised glances. Not only had Miss Zoe come up with a brilliant idea, she came up with a brilliant idea that didn't involve...well...herself.

A Wee!Art Black Cat with Lotus

That's not to say that Miss Zoe is in any way a self centered bunny.

We'll leave it at that.

The idea we came up with, then, is to offer a Wee!Art Pet Portrait Giveaway.

Here's how you participate: After you finish reading this post and contemplating what a wonderful bunny Miss Zoe is (that's a Very Important Part of the process overall, mind you), after you do that, then write us a couple of sentences about a Fur Companion you had or have that meant or means the World to you.

OK, it doesn't have to be fur. It could be fur, feathered, or scaled. It could even be hairless. I love those hairless cats, don't you?

Anyway, write a comment to Zoe and me describing whoever this is and we will enter you in a drawing to win one of two Wee!Art pet portraits like you see pictured here in this post and at my etsy store Ordinary Enchantment.

Only, it will feature your little critter, whoever it may be.

That's all there is to it!! Write a comment and you're automatically entered in the drawing.

Everyone who enters will have their name written on a slip of paper and Miss Zoe, herself, will choose the winners this coming Sunday, May 10th at 5 PM.

So easy! Miss Zoe is accepting entries starting.....

NOW!!

Monday, April 27, 2009

Thank you. Thank you very much.

At some point last week, I was at work. You know, at the Library.

It was a rather uneventful day.

No one had dropped jewelry down the toilet. No one was chatting up any unsuspecting computers. Nobody was baptizing the stuffed animals in the Children's Library with water from the drinking fountain.

Ho Hum.

But then Miss Zoe called.

"We got an award!" she yelled into the phone. I could practically hear her nose wiggling as she said it.

An Award-Winning Roll!!

"You mean our blog?? Really? An award? How COOL!!"

I realized at that point that the noise I was hearing was Miss Zoe licking the receiver, and that our conversation was over. She has a very short attention span.

Sigh.

A Post-Award Winning Nap

I checked my email, and it was true! We had been given the Honest Scrap Award by Emma, the writer of Eriepressible. Emma is, in fact, a real person, and I know for a fact that she has a real dog. :)

Off we go then:

The Award and Rules:

This award is bestowed upon a fellow blogger whose blog content or design is, in the giver’s opinion, brilliant. The rules are as follows:

1. When accepting this auspicious award, you must write a post bragging about it, including the name of the misguided soul who thinks you deserve such acclaim, and link back to the said person so everyone knows she/he is real.

2. Choose a minimum of seven (7) blogs that you find brilliant in content or design. Or improvise by including bloggers who have no idea who you are because you don’t have seven friends. Show the seven random victims’ names and links and leave a harassing comment informing them that they were prized with Honest Weblog. Well, there’s no prize, but they can keep the nifty icon.

3. List at least ten (10) honest things about yourself. Then pass it on!

The first part is easy. I won't say anything about each blogger; they just all ROCK!

My seven blogs are as follows:

The second part is harder. I told the Blisschick, "I don't know if I can come up with 10 honest things about myself." (I guess that statement could mean something about me, but we won't go there.)

As Ordinary Enchantment is a Blog written partly by Miss Zoe, though, I thought I would work in a few fun facts about her as well. So, here we go on this part:

1. I once rode an elephant, and while I was on it, it pooed.

2. I am afraid to ride my bike under a bridge with train tracks and a train passing over (though, unfortunately, it happens quite often to me on my way to or fro work).

3. My mom used to tell me that the snarls in my hair upon waking were caused by rats making meringue pies in my hair at night.

4. Miss Zoe isn't supposed to like sunshine, but she spends many a sunny day stretched out in a sunspot in her room.

5. Miss Zoe is a logomorph.

6. I have always wanted to learn to play the guitar, and I am now actually learning. I have a beautiful blue guitar named Mayori.

7. I once had the opportunity to pet a baby tiger. I was attending Westminster College at the time, and a professor I had, Dr. Ford, had a friend who worked for a zoo. She was transporting a baby Siberian Tiger to a zoo in Texas and stopped en route for a visit with her friend. That baby tiger had the cutest growl I've ever heard.

8. I also once had the opportunity to touch Toni Morrison's hair. I went to hear her read at Ohio State University, and when I went up to have my book signed, I asked if I could touch her lovely hair. She was delighted.

9. I have recently remembered after hearing Li Young Lee read his poetry that hearing poetry read out loud by the person who wrote it is like a religious experience for me.

10. I don't know how I lived 33 years without a rabbit. I will never go back to a rabbitless existence.

I guess that wasn't so hard. Actually, I know a lot about myself!!

Thanks, Emma! Cheers!!

Flip Friday and the Osterhase

It's back.

Same Bat Time.

Same Bat Channel.

It's Flip Friday!!

And, in honor of the Easter Bunny, Miss Zoe and I have prepared for you...

TWO BUNNY MOVIES!!

I know. Unbelievable, right? I mean, where did we get the idea to make and post bunny videos anyway? Uncanny.

While we were preparing the movies, Miss Zoe asked me about the origins of the Easter Bunny. So, we Googled him and got this answer from Wikipedia:

The Easter Bunny as an Easter symbol seems to have its origins in Alsace and southwestern Germany, where it was first mentioned in German writings in the 1600s. The first edible Easter Bunnies were made in Germany during the early 1800s and were made of pastry and sugar.

The Easter Bunny was introduced to America by the German settlers who arrived in the Pennsylvania Dutch country during the 1700s. The arrival of the "Oschter Haws" (a phonetic transcription of a dialectal pronunciation of the German Osterhase) was considered one of "childhood's greatest pleasures," similar to the arrival of Kris Kringle (from the German Christkindl) on Christmas Eve.

According to the tradition, children would build brightly colored nests, often out of caps and bonnets, in secluded areas of their homes. The Oschter Haws would, if the children had been good, lay brightly colored eggs in the nest. As the tradition spread, the nest has become the manufactured, modern Easter basket, and the placing of the nest in a secluded area has become the tradition of hiding baskets.

Miss Zoe and I were especially excited about these origins since my great-grandmother, Lulu Meuller (McCann) was Pennsylvania Dutch, originally from "Germania" as is is written on the 1920 Census records. That would be Zoe's Great-Great-Grandmother. Being a partially German bunny makes her feel all the more part of this particular piece of Rabbit Lore called the Osterhase.

It gives her Rabbit Pride.

And now, a motion picture event!!

Starring Miss Zoe in:

Sleepy Bunny

and

The Mystery of the Bunny and the Dandelion Greens

ENJOY, and HAPPY EASTER!!

Wee!Art

But first.. a quick update regarding Monday's post:

Treehousejukebox Emma asked via a comment, "Was the ring found?" (referring of course to the ring that was dropped down the toilet on at the library on Saturday when I was working.)

The answer to that question was almost as amusing as the event itself (though I realize I am easily amused).

When I got to work yesterday, I had received a note re: Restroom Man from our Maintenance Guy that read, "Tell [Restroom Man] to call the Water Waste Treatment Plant and ask them to keep an eye out for his ring."

And I immediately pictured a veritable treasure trove of the items that may wash up at the Water Waste Treatment Plant, and how many guys who work there have girlfriends who have been presented with those "gifts" (or would they be "re-gifts?"). I immediately picture a young man presenting his fiancee with a lovely engagement ring, and she, in her innocence saying, "Oh honey it's lovely! Where did you get it?" and him shuffling his feet around and saying, "Oh, you know. I got my sources..."

"And, again, I say: This is why cats don't wear rings."

Yes, Miss Lilly. We heard you the first time.

In other news... I may or may not have mentioned that I had the opportunity on Sunday to make a bunch of new stuff for:

Along with some cool new pendants, we are introducing(... drum roll, please...)

Wee!Art

It's small! It's cute! It's affordable! And Wee!Art is 100% collectible, original paintings by Miss Zoe and me. Sometimes Miss Lilly helps. (For instance, this weekend, she sat on my painting table many-a-time as I worked. For anyone who's unawares, in the Cat World, sitting or standing by constitutes "helping.")

The other cats and the Blisschick just walked by occasionally to offer constructive criticism. Or, to meow. Or, to ask for food.

Wee!Art is just plain FUN!!

And, it's wee.

More Hours in the Day, Please!

Weekends just go by too quickly. It's as if they have no regard for us, no regard for our needs.

What is that about?

Of course, I also had to work at the Library on Saturday.

It was a busy day that included a man who was wagging his finger with one hand and a cigar with the other and yelling in what sounded like Klingon at one of computers, (which, incidentally, he wasn't using-- it was just an innocent bystander, poor computer).

It also included terribly long lines at the Circulation Desk, and a lot of grouchy people who were insistent they "they had never checked that out." Riiiiight... then it was either a) your stunt double, or b) your evil twin?

When five o'clock rolled around we were all so relieved.

Security Guard and I waited for the last guy to leave, a man who was using the public restroom in the lobby. Restroom Man.

As we waited, we reviewed the day and decided that we were just glad it was time to go. It was after 5, and it had even been a struggle to corral everyone out with their DVDs and bestseller mysteries.

We caught sight of Restroom Man in the corners of our eyes, and we moved toward the already locked doors to let him out. But, Restroom Man stopped us cold by yelling, panicky, from across the lobby, "Hey! I dropped my ring down the toilet! Could someone get it out for me?"

Security Guard and I exchanged knowing glances and sighed.

It had been that kind of day.

In this case, does Saturday really count as a Sacred Weekend Day?

"That's why cats don't wear rings," Lilly said stretching out her fingers.
"Too easy to lose them in the... you know...the box."

Good point, Lilly. I'll pass that on to Restroom Man.

Luckily, we had Make Your Own Pizza Night at Miss Kitty's house (Miss Kitty being my favorite chef) to look forward to.

There was homemade dough (or, "Ho-made" as the pizza shop down the street used to advertise on their front picture window. We steered clear of that for obvious reasons...), and every topping you could imagine wanting.

After Pizza, there was Americanized Bollywood in the form of Bride and Prejudice and Red Velvet Cake, which I'd never had.

All in all, Saturday ran the gambit.

That left one day only-- Sunday-- for making some new stuff for our new etsy store, petting and playing with mammals, talking to and spending time with the Blisschick, frolicking in the sunshine, making a couple of Rabbit and Cat Movies (stay tuned for those later in the week), catching up on emails, etc. etc. etc.

At some point, Miss Zoe checked my email and said, "Health Coach wrote. He wants to know how the exercise is going."

Oh, yeah. And exercise. Don't forget that. (It was a lovely day for that, though.)

"You'd better get a move on.
Come on-- bust a move!" says the Task Master.

I'm looking forward to this coming weekend, though.

It's an extra special holiday, what with the Giant Bunny and all.

And, no Library for three days. A few days away will be a Good Thing. No grouchy people (I won't promise no grouchy bunnies or kitties), no rings in toilets.

Just Art and Mammals, Everyday. Just like it's supposed to be.

Friday, April 3, 2009

FUN Friday!!

I know. It's not Flip Friday, but we went through all that on Wacky Wednesday.

And, Miss Zoe and I resorted to Wacky Wednesday only because the thing we had planned for Wednesday wasn't quite ready.

So, now, it's Friday, you've already enjoyed your Miss Zoe movie fix for the week, and it's time to move on to other things. Like the little surprise we have planned.

Don't you love a surprise?

Miss Zoe LOVES a surprise.
Especially if it's Willow Balls coming in the mail.

OK, so first, a little history: You remember how I asked all of you to help me to choose my new logo and you all voted and sent me the most wonderfullest of comments? (Did I hear a yes?)

Well, someone who lives with me who is extremely wise and has long ears (hint, hint), brought up some of those comments a couple of weeks ago. In her great wisdomosity, Blisschick (did you think I meant Zoe?) said to me, "What is it that you really want to be painting? What is it that you want a logo to really represent?"

I thought about that for a moment. I exchanged glances with Zoe. She looked away.

"Because," the Blisschick continued, "you have to think about all that. You made a nice logo and you have lots of ideas, but what is it that you love to paint more than anything else?"

Miss Lilly jumped into the Rabbit Room and cleared her throat. Miss Zoe coughed a bit from behind a pile of hay. I scratched my ear.

They were being a bit obvious, but they were right.

"Animals," I said with confidence. "I LOVE to paint animals. Especially cats and rabbits. But also dogs."

Another cough from Miss Zoe. (She's not too sure about dogs.)

And the Blisschick replied, "Animals. Then that's what you need your Etsy store to be. That's what you need to be painting and focusing on. Paint what you love."

With that in mind, then, I set off to sketch some ideas, which incorporated my new love of milagros with my obvious love of painting animals.

From there, it has all fallen together.

Add this bit of history: Over the past two years, we have said goodbye to the Fur Suits of two extraordinary cats who we were fortunate enough to know and love during this life. Those beautiful cats, Jobie and Ernie, have gone to a place we call Sparkle Pond.

If we want to visit Jobie or Ernie, all we need to do is close our eyes and trek to Sparkle Pond.

It's a gorgeous place. There's the Pond, of course. There's a rock Ernie likes to sleep on that's always in the sun. There's a Paper Ball Tree ripe with juicy, crinkly paper balls that Jobie loves to sleep under. And at night, there's always a clear and swirly sky filled with stars and a bright and lovely Moon. And, the cats are almost always wearing little hats or crowns. Sometimes they glow or wear wings.

And so, my new paintings and pendants come from here. They originate at Sparkle Pond and are meant to celebrate the Lives of Animals, whether they are in Fur Suits or Sparkle Suits.

Without further adieu, I hereby announce the opening of my new and improved Etsy Store, Ordinary Enchantment.

It's a pretty small inventory at present, but it will grow.

I want to thank you all for your help and guidance, for without your comments, suggestions, and votes, I think I'd still be a little lost about what I wanted to work on.

So thank you. Let Miss Zoe know what you think. She'll break it to me gently.
