I hope you all enjoyed the Easter Bunny Trailer Movie. I was highly amused by it myself.
It occurred to me today, as the Chick was helping me to load up to YouTube the very first two trailers I made with my new iMovie 11, that I am making...trailers that precede....FULL LENGTH FEATURE FILMS. Is that what these trailers are promising? I thought to myself.
I guess the Rabbits are going to have a Busy Summer of Movie Making. We may have to attempt a larger Feature Film.
Well, in any case, these are simply trailers at this point, so there's no need for me to get ahead of myself. Right?
Right!
Now, pop some corn, and enjoy the trailers.
HAPPY WEEKEND!!

Miss Zoe Presents: Flip Friday, Chester Edition
Since we have a Special Guest at our house, we thought we would feature Him for our Rabbit Movie this week.
Therefore, this week is Flip Friday: The Chester Edition!!!
Chester is a Very Cute Bunny. This fact you will see. By the end of the movie, you will be won over by His Charm. You will. I promise.
In the movie, you see Chester at the top of the staircase. He is contained there by a strategically placed baby gate, because only feet away are.... Unfixed Girl Bunnies.
Need I say more?
NO?
I didn't think so.
On to Chester, then.
A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT GOES TO CHESTER'S VACATIONING FAMILY!! This is what Chester's doing while you're away. He is trying to get to the ladies!
We hope you have enjoyed your Bunny Week!! If all goes as it has in the past, we may have an Easter Bunny sighting in the yard on Easter Morning. If that should happen, you will be the first to know! (Well, the first after me, the Chick, four cats, and three Rabbits. You're not that low on the list though.)

IT IS STILL RABBIT WEEK!
That's right!!
It is STILL RABBIT WEEK!!!!
What does that mean?
Well, it means.....
Look at this gift we received from a friend....it is Rabbit Currency that Stars....
In any case, this could truly save the U.S. economy. Chocolate Money Featuring a Bunny could actually save the world.
At least, that's the General Consensus in the Rabbit Room.
What do you think?

BUNNY WEEK!
There are all kinds of holidays that you could be celebrating this time of year.
Easter. Passover. Ostara. Bunny Week.
You probably know what is celebrated in the Rabbit Room... especially this week when we have This Special Guest added into our Rabbit Population:
I guess that Chester's a little busy for pictures, but you get the idea.
At any rate, we, here in the Rabbit Room want to wish you a Happy Week of Thinking About Bunnies. If you do nothing else to mark the events of the week, Celebrate This:
OK, that's enough for now. Now, leave the Rabbits in Peace. You may come back and visit again later.

Miss Zoe Presents...A SPECIAL GUEST!
Today we have a SPECIAL GUEST in the Rabbit Room.
Our friend from our writing group, to whom the Chick refers to as Dr. Captain America, got a new friend for his recent birthday. He wrote a bit about his birthday in this particular blog post.
But, you know, as special as his birthday already was, he didn't know it would be THIS SPECIAL!
You see, his family planned a bit of a Surprise on his birthday.
A Suprise with Long Ears.
This kind of Surprise:
Mr. Chester is a temporary guest here at the Lilypad, and MY GOODNESS!! We are SO LUCKY to have him here. We are a BB&B! Except we serve more than breakfast!
Chester's wonderful family will embark on a week long vacation tomorrow, and I can't even believe how much they are going to miss him. I told them when they left that there would be a Chester movie today. But the thing about Chester is that he would barely stand still for pictures, let alone be slow enough for a movie. A movie will come forth soon, I assure you. But for now, you will have to make due with some very cute pictures.
Here he is showing off an extremely handsome ear:
I guess I've come to the end of my tail. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
MOVIES TO COME!! STAY TUNED!!!
And to Chester's wonderful family: SAFE TRAVELS AND A HAPPY VACATION!

Art for Art's Sake. Literally.
A few weeks ago, I posted a picture of one of my paintings that was preparing itself to be donated to a local Art Auction.
The Auction was for a local school district to make sure that their students will continue to have access to the Arts and to Arts Programs in their schools. For obvious reasons, I am passionate about keeping Arts in the Schools, so I was thrilled to participate this year and hope I will be asked back again.
Here are some photos depicting this Buntacular Event!
Here is my painting on the table with Other Cool Art. The birds in the red nest on the left were salt and pepper shakers made by Eva Zeisel. I loved those!!
This is Erie's Junior Philharmonic entertaining the crowd in funky hats!
The next few photos are of a Pretty Darn Special Something that we were able to witness. It was sort of a performance art extravaganza! When it was first described to me, I wasn't sure how I felt about it. I guess my point in saying that is that I was NOWHERE NEAR Prepared to be this impressed.
The piece was performed by Molly Glover, who is now 18 years old. What she does is a thing called Speed Painting, and it was not something I was familiar with, but it was FASCINATING! Molly puts on music and paints with her hands on a large sheet of black paper. The process lasts only a couple of minutes, but she produces a masterpiece in the process.
This is a video that I found on YouTube of Molly actually performing/ making a different painting. It is amazing to watch!! Check it out!
Below, however, are some pictures of Molly completing this process in front of us. I think she is giving this particular painting style up to go to art school, so this was very possibly her last performance. What an awesome thing to witness!
Well, for now, let's relax in front of this nice fire.

Voila!! John Lennon!!
Amazing!!
All in all, it was a wonderful night. I can't wait to go again next year!! Thanks to all the Artists who participated to make this event a success. LET'S KEEP THOSE ARTS IN SCHOOLS, SHALL WE?Well, for now, let's relax in front of this nice fire.

About Flip Friday
I have to say that I am really disappointed that I didn't get a Flip Friday up for you this past week.
Here's the thing: I had Technical Difficulties.
I know, it sounds really lame, but I did. And yes, I asked the Rabbits and the Cats and even the Chick to help me, but to no avail.
I also know that until I get the new thing that I am trying to get working to work (A NEW FORM OF MOVIE THAT WILL TOTALLY SET MISS ZOE PRESENTS FANS ON THEIR FLUFFY LITTLE TAILS!!!!), I will continue to recieve looks such as these:
AND, I WAS SO EXCITED!!!! SIGH.
Well, rest assured that humans, cats and Rabbits will work on This Problem 24 hours a day** to make sure it is resolved. Your Satisfaction is Important to Us.
** Note: 24 hours a day may or may not actually mean what it says.
Please stay tuned. We know you will, for Rabbit's Sake.

"What's the cotton pickin' problem with this movie thing, eh?"

Blueberry Is A STAR!!!
Miss Blueberry was recently asked to go on tour to the Library for storyime. Months ago, I agreed to it, but as soon as I did, I was struck with a bit of panic.
Blueberry seems to like people, but She doesn't get a lot of visits from kids....what if She hated children?
Blueberry is a bit of a quieter personality....what if all the attention and the bright lights and the ride in the car and the different people and smells, etc. were too much for Her?
Well, I had my doubts, but then I would tell myself this: She is a Happy Bunny. She will be fine. I will see what She is comfortable with, and we will go from there.
Pretty soon, Her Day of Reckoning had arrived! There was no more second guessing! The show had to GO ON!!!
Here, then, is the evidence of Miss Blueberry's Library Storytime Debut!
As you can see, She was a bit of a ROCK STAR. The kids all gathered round. Blueberry was perfectly behaved and not in the least overstimulated (though I can't say the same for myself). She handled Herself with decorum and grace. All the kids in the room got to hold Her on their laps.
In short, She was a hit.
So, where's the Next stop on Blueberry: The Live Tour? We shall see.....

Monday Cat
In my head, I had an event to write about today.
It is something fun that we did over the weekend. I had taken a bunch of pictures at said event and was going to write about it and show some of the photos.
But, then....I got out my camera and I transferred the pictures to the computer in preparation, and in the process realized that what we in the Rabbit Room felt called to share today (for what is a bit of a Gloomy Monday Morning, here) are these other photos that were also on the camera.
HAPPY MONDAY!

Miss Zoe Presents: Flip Friday, Cat Edition
Over the weekend past, we had a house guest.
When I say we had a house guest, I mean there was an extra human in the house in the form of Lisa, formerly of the blogs Nerdy Renegade News and The Vegan Daily.
But the real house guest was Lisa's Air Mattress.
That's right. House Guest in this case = Air Mattress.
Lisa first visited a couple of years ago. And when she said she was going to visit again, we told Toby, and he thought back to her last visit and remembered her Air Mattress with A Great Fondness. He smiled for days just thinking of it. And when she finally arrived, and she took it out of the box, it was Magical. Sure, he was at first put off by whirrring sound of the automatic air pump. There may have been a related Tail Fattening. But, overall he was Pleased.
In this movie, we see the end of Air Mattress' (and Lisa's) visit. We see Air Mattress winding down its visit (a.k.a. Deflating). We see Toby the Cat Hanging on to Each Final Second with His Good Friend. We also see Other Cats Looking On.
Enjoy!
