Funny, once my job is threatened, then all of a sudden I realized how much it really means to me...but, the thing is too--I"m like you--and I am too working on goals and plans to one day work my real job full time and leave all this phony work crap to someone else!!! Learning that I might not actually have a job in a few months has only kicked my ass into high gear with all those goals and plans. The thing I want to say Marcy, is--we--yes YOU and ME (and sorry but not Zoe), we are really the blessed ones--because we see the path in front of us, we know where are real jobs look like, we have those plans and goals to live a more authentic life. I've realized in the midst of all this panic and worry in my school district---that the majority of people in this world don't. Most of the teacher's jobs whose jobs are in jeopardy are the ones whom hate their job the most--but for them, the phony job is their real job.
